In June, we kicked off our summer programs in Rochester, Plainview and St. Charles. Working with volunteers from the Zumbro Valley Audubon club, we introduced the kids to birding and how to use binoculars.
We spent time learning about camping and how to set up camp using tents. We learned about campfire basics and we cooked on the campfire.
We also traveled to the Whitewater Wildlife Management Area to climb the Elba Fire Tower.
We also fished and played at the beach!!!
